X sent me a postcard. Typically, it turned up after Mr had gone to work and I was going in late, so for once I was the one who picked up the post. I threw it away.

Lots of bright sunshine today, but it is cold sunshine compared with the hot version a couple of weeks ago. Still fun though.

I am wearing my new white shirt that I bought last week on the day Mr told me to stop buying clothes.

It looks pretty spiffy and I have an important meeting this afternoon so I feel justified... I think....
