projects and help with them

Mad project to work on suddenly, and no clue how to do it, and no-one to really ask about it either. So I'm floundering in the dark really, but I'm getting a little help from people here and there, usually in the most surprising places.

hooray for mankind. Please think about the 'kind' part and stop being so mean to one another.
